The South Palm Beach Dart League (SPBDL) is a steel tip dart league founded in the 1990’s by local dart enthusiasts and has grown to a membership of over 150 current players and has had dozens of sponsoring Bars/Pubs. SPBDL is sanctioned by the Florida Dart Association and competes annually in the Florida State Team Championships. The SPBDL covers the south palm beach area of Florida and plays a semiannual league schedule, sponsored by our great local bars/pubs throughout Boca Raton and Delray Beach and its surrounding areas. Operating as a “Not for Profit” league, all sponsorship fees collected are used to cover operating expenses in coordinating the league including end of season trophy & awards ceremonies. The SPBDL operates as a unisex league with multiple divisions comprised of different levels of play. Each team has a 4-person minimum (7max) with at least one member of the opposite sex. Games played are “01” and “Cricket” mixing singles, doubles and triples format and are played on Tuesdays. Each division plays 13, 15 or 17 games per week. Our members and sponsoring bars also operate weekly Blind draw tournaments and travel together to other FDA sanctioned tournaments throughout the year. Our league is a good old-fashioned fun and friendly way to meet new people and to enjoy a competitive night out.
Have a question about our league, or about how you can start a team or join one? Send us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
